Russ Arnold is from Champaign, Illinois. He has lived in Las Vegas since 2001, when he began his career with AutoNation, a Fortune 500 Company, working in finance.

Russ saw opportunity in real estate and began investing. He decided to make a career of it and began working in real estate full time. Talk about a leap of faith… When you get into real estate, they tell you “there’s no limit to what you can make – there’s no ceiling!” What they don’t tell you is that there is also no floor!!

In 2007, Russ and his partners opened Infinity Excel Real Estate Brokers in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. They were involved in CityScape Dubai, CityScape Abu Dhabi, and worked with Eye of Dubai. Russ worked in the Dubai and Abu Dhabi real estate markets until late 2008 when his first daughter was born and he decided he no longer wanted to travel – who could leave that baby girl at home? And what wife would let him??

In 2009, Russ joined forces with Brandy White Elk, Karyn Carlton, and a new company – Innovative Real Estate Strategies. Since 2009, Innovative Real Estate Strategies has successfully negotiated thousands of transactions, including traditional sales, short sales, foreclosure sales, and auctions properties. They have represented buyers, sellers, investors, asset managers, and financial institutions. This broad spectrum of property sale types and parties represented gives them a unique perspective, a diverse skill set, and a competitive advantage in the market place.

Today, Innovative Real Estate Strategies is still cranking and the team is constantly finding new and innovative ways to help people buy and sell homes. They work 100% by referral and even use the slogan “work by referral, live the good life”.
